First Commerce Bank recently celebrated the grand opening of its new operations center in Lewisburg, Tennessee, marking an important milestone in the Bank’s continued investment in its campus, employees, and long-term growth.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together Bank leadership, employees, project partners, and members of the community to celebrate the completion of the new approximately 17,700-square-foot facility. Purpose-built to support First Commerce Bank’s growing team, the operations center creates an environment centered around operational efficiency, communication, collaboration, and flexibility.
Eclipse Brand Builders partnered with First Commerce Bank to provide full design-build services, managing the project through one integrated team from early planning and design through construction and completion. Bringing architecture, engineering, interior design, preconstruction, and construction together under one roof allowed Eclipse to maintain continuity throughout the project while keeping First Commerce Bank’s vision, operational requirements, budget, and schedule at the forefront of each decision.
Working closely with the Bank’s leadership, Eclipse developed a coordinated design strategy that connects the new facility with the surrounding campus while creating purpose-built workspaces for the employees and departments that use them each day.
The new operations center incorporates offices, collaborative workspaces, storage, support areas, and other functional spaces within a thoughtfully planned environment designed around First Commerce Bank’s operational needs. The architecture establishes a professional presence while complementing the existing campus, allowing the new facility to feel like a natural extension of the Bank’s overall environment.
The operations center also represents a broader investment in First Commerce Bank’s facilities and long-term organizational growth. By creating additional space and improving how teams work and communicate, the new building provides infrastructure designed to serve the Bank well into the future.
