Chris McClung
Managing Director
CHRIS MCCLUNG
Chris contributes his vision, energy and 20+ years of architecture, interior design, construction, project management, operations, technology, marketing and business development experience to all facets of the business. He also works with clients by taking an active role in various consulting, design and program management activities and co-manages day-to-day business operations with Director of Operations, Justin White.
Chris’ experience includes commercial, retail, hospitality and multi-family design and construction projects, as well as project scheduling and cost consulting on international airports, refineries, power plants, mixed used developments, skyscrapers, roads and interchanges.

JUSTIN WHITE
Justin is an accomplished leader with a diverse background across multiple industries that excels in driving growth and operational excellence. With a strong foundation in business development, he leverages strategic planning to identify opportunities and enhance market presence. As a leader, Justin promotes a collaborative environment and team approach, empowering teams to communicate and help one another meet and exceed targets. His expertise in management ensures efficiency, while a strategic approach to marketing enhances brand presence and customer engagement. A skilled communicator, Justin excels in relationship building, fostering partnerships that drive trust.
Justin has an MBA from the Citadel, a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech.
Leah Renaldo
Director of Retail & Interior Design
LEAH RENALDO, NCIDQ
Leah is one of the premier designers in the financial facility industry. She has extensive knowledge in the delivery of space and environmental planning, retail branding, and turn-key interior design. Her 28 years of experience prepares her to listen to the goals and needs of every client, ascertain the program for each department and develop an environment that preserves their vision while solving all functional problems. Leah possesses a depth of knowledge in branding, furniture, finishes and custom millwork that enhance the architectural features of any space.
Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising, Apparel and Textiles from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Fine Arts of Interior Design from the American College of Applied Arts.
Yara Rymer Bond
Director of Architecture & Principal Architect
YARA RYMER BOND, AIA, NCARB
With over 20 years of experience in architecture and interior design, Ms. Bond delivers strategic architectural solutions that balance operational efficiency, technological integration, and exceptional user experience. She excels at translating clients’ brand values and operational needs into physical environments that build trust and strengthen relationships with their communities.
Ms. Bond has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tishreen University (NAAB Certified). She is a registered Architect and Interior Designer with NCARB certification, enabling practice across multiple states.
Carsten Madsen
Director of Construction Management
CARSTEN MADSEN
Carsten brings over 30 years of construction supervision, project management, and estimating experience. His experience is varied and encompasses all types of commercial construction. He successfully meets the challenges of bidding, scheduling, and overseeing the construction of all types. Carsten is a proven leader and communicator ensuring that teams are synchronized in their knowledge, energy, focus, projections, and ideas to accomplish a goal.
Carsten also holds GC licenses in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
Rhonda Raslack
Controller
RHONDA RASLACK
Rhonda Raslack serves Eclipse Brand Builders in a dual role as Controller and Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, financial and tax compliance, licensing, and HR functions including personnel, payroll and Employee Benefit Administration.
With 45 years of experience, Mrs. Raslack oversees daily accounting operations to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls to support strategic financial planning.
