Senior Project Architect (Commercial)2026-10-12T17:22:04+00:00

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect who has a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in commercial architecture to join us!  This role is a tremendous career opportunity for an architect who wants to have an integral role at a smaller firm where they can directly impact all facets of the schematic, design development, construction document and construction administration phases of architecture.  Project activities will include:

  • Schematic design (hand drawing, Revit/AutoCAD, 3D modeling)
  • Design development drawings (Revit/AutoCAD);
  • Scopes of work (Word/Excel);
  • Construction drawings (Revit/AutoCAD);
  • Specifications (BSD SpecLink);
  • Client meetings and presentations; and
  • Coordination of engineers (contracts and work product);
  • QA/QC (design drawing review, code compliance verification, and inter-disciplinary coordination).

  • Revit and AutoCAD experience and proficiency required.
  • Bluebeam Revu proficiency required.

We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager who has a minimum of 20 years of experience to join us, working from our headquarters in Alpharetta, GA. Qualified candidates will possess a strong track record of success managing commercial construction projects, with a unique background that includes on-the-job knowledge of construction and strong estimating and quantity take-off skills.

This role is a tremendous opportunity for a qualified professional capable of taking on the following responsibilities:

  • Preconstruction activities, including subcontractor bidding and buy-out, and contract negotiation and preparation, and scheduling

  • Conceptual estimating and detailed quantity estimating and take-offs

  • Construction start-up and close-outs

  • Job cost tracking and projections

  • Shop drawing and submittal review and approvals

  • Field project manager and superintendent coordination, scheduling, and communication

  • Coordination and communication with internal design-build team members, including account managers, interior designers, architects, etc., as well as outside engineers

  • Handling and coordination of RFIs

  • Preparation and coordination of change orders (subcontractor and client)

  • Client meetings, communication, and presentations

  • Construction scheduling
  • Punch lists and project completion follow-up
  • Occasional site visits with travel throughout the southeastern United States

To be considered for the Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager position, candidates must possess the following minimum experience, skills and abilities:

  • Minimum 20 years of similar commercial construction project experience required (similar in scope to what has been described above), including actual field construction experience and unit price take-off estimating. Corporate, financial and retail experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Science, Construction Management, or similar preferred.
  • Strong construction materials and methods knowledge
  • Strong financial management skills including accurate budget forecasting and a demonstrated ability to produce results within projected time and budget limits
  • Proven ability to understand construction documents (drawings, specifications, and industry standard documentation)
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, as well as general jobsite safety rules and requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, and interact well with senior management, external client organizations, vendors, contractors/subcontractors, and field project managers and superintendents
  • Excellent leadership, oral communication, written communication, organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be quality minded, self-motivated and dedicated to customer service
  • Extensive experience with project management and estimating software, including Procore, AutoDesk Build, ProEst, WinEst, or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project, required. Knowledge of estimating software a plus

Senior Construction General Superintendent (Traveling/On-Site)2026-02-02T14:57:39+00:00

We have an immediate need for an experienced Commercial General Superintendent with 15 to 20 years of general superintendent and construction management experience who can travel and who is capable of successfully executing all areas of construction management, including on-site job supervision and subcontractor coordination and scheduling. Candidates must possess a unique combination of leadership, people skills, and construction expertise, as well as a track record of success managing commercial construction projects. Competitive employment package provided, including excellent health benefits, 401(k), truck and travel allowances.  Salary commensurate with experience.

To be considered for the Commercial Construction General Superintendent position, candidates must possess the following minimum experience, skills and abilities:

  • EXPERIENCE: 15 to 20 years of on-site commercial construction management experience required (preferably as general superintendent for a general contractor).

  • EDUCATION: A degree or certification in building construction or related field is preferred but not required.

  • TRAVEL: Ability to travel and live on-site for the duration of each project.

  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment interacting with clients, vendors/suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, and team members at all levels.

  • ORGANIZATION SKILLS: Exceptional organization, time management and scheduling skills, and a proven record of success managing projects through to completion (within projected time and budget constraints).

  • MANAGING TRADES: Capable of managing multiple trades simultaneously to ensure construction is completed per plans and specs, and in compliance with all codes and regulations.

  • PROJECT DOCUMENTATION: Strong project documentation skills, including daily logs, weekly reports, daily pictures, project scheduling (using Microsoft Project), safety meetings, etc.

  • SAFETY: Strong understanding and knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, as well as all general job site safety rules and requirements.

  • MATERIALS/METHODS: Strong construction materials and methods knowledge.

  • COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project.

  • QUALITY & SERVICE: Must be quality minded, self-motivated and dedicated to customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
