Eclipse Brand Builders is seeking an Office Assistant to support our growing team at our headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role will help keep our office running smoothly while providing a welcoming and professional first impression to visitors, vendors, and team members. 

The Office Assistant will greet scheduled visitors, assist vendors and building staff, and help support our internal team with a variety of administrative and office tasks. This role plays an important part in ensuring everyone who visits our office feels welcomed and taken care of. 

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks throughout the day. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude are important, as this role interacts with many people both inside and outside the company. 

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team environment. 

  • Help coordinate and maintain relationships with office vendors, including copier, IT, landlord, cleaning services, and other service providers
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure the team has what they need
  • Handle office postage and shipping, including distribution of incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with managing electronic access to the office
  • Support planning and coordination of company events and meetings
  • Assist with printing, assembling, and distributing marketing and sales materials
  • Help host and provide hospitality for scheduled guests visiting the office
  • Maintain the company calendar and help coordinate the weekly company-wide meeting
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry and assistance with accounts payable
  • Assist office and field personnel with submitting and managing expenses through the company expense management system, including compiling reports and ensuring documentation is complete
  • Perform reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones when needed, and serving as a point of contact for vendors and guests

Executive Support 

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Director of Operations as needed, including expense reports, travel coordination, email follow-ups, and assistance with special projects

Construction & Contract Administration 

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to construction projects, including preparing contracts and purchase orders
  • Help follow up on missing or incomplete contract documentation
  • Assist with reviewing subcontractor payment applications and invoices
  • Help prepare weekly payables packages for construction projects
  • Assist the team with documentation and administrative tasks related to project close-out

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, construction administration, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and professional correspondence
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to supporting a team

We are currently looking to add a Commercial Senior Interior Designer who has a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors for retail, hospitality, financial institutions, and/or professional/corporate offices.

This role offers an exceptional career opportunity for a designer seeking a hands-on position at a smaller firm, with the ability to directly influence every phase of the interior design process—from space planning and interior architecture to finish selection, furniture specification, custom millwork and cabinetry design, and the production of detailed construction documents in REVIT.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced Revit experience and proficiency required.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and ADA building codes
  • Extensive knowledge of design principles
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes overall design for client projects
  • Researches and selects fixtures, furniture and finishes for client projects
  • Manages complete interior work project budgets per project
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility for moderate travel
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Generate design and construction models and documentation utilizing Revit

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect who has a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in commercial architecture to join us!  This role is a tremendous career opportunity for an architect who wants to have an integral role at a smaller firm where they can directly impact all facets of the schematic, design development, construction document and construction administration phases of architecture.  Project activities will include:

  • Schematic design (hand drawing, Revit/AutoCAD, 3D modeling)
  • Design development drawings (Revit/AutoCAD);
  • Scopes of work (Word/Excel);
  • Construction drawings (Revit/AutoCAD);
  • Specifications (BSD SpecLink);
  • Client meetings and presentations; and
  • Coordination of engineers (contracts and work product);
  • QA/QC (design drawing review, code compliance verification, and inter-disciplinary coordination).

Senior Construction General Superintendent (Traveling/On-Site)2026-02-02T14:57:39+00:00

We have an immediate need for an experienced Commercial General Superintendent with 15 to 20 years of general superintendent and construction management experience who can travel and who is capable of successfully executing all areas of construction management, including on-site job supervision and subcontractor coordination and scheduling. Candidates must possess a unique combination of leadership, people skills, and construction expertise, as well as a track record of success managing commercial construction projects. To be considered for the Commercial Construction General Superintendent position, candidates must possess the following minimum experience, skills and abilities:

  • EXPERIENCE: 15 to 20 years of on-site commercial construction management experience required (preferably as general superintendent for a general contractor).

  • EDUCATION: A degree or certification in building construction or related field is preferred but not required.

  • TRAVEL: Ability to travel and live on-site for the duration of each project.

  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment interacting with clients, vendors/suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, and team members at all levels.

  • ORGANIZATION SKILLS: Exceptional organization, time management and scheduling skills, and a proven record of success managing projects through to completion (within projected time and budget constraints).

  • MANAGING TRADES: Capable of managing multiple trades simultaneously to ensure construction is completed per plans and specs, and in compliance with all codes and regulations.

  • PROJECT DOCUMENTATION: Strong project documentation skills, including daily logs, weekly reports, daily pictures, project scheduling (using Microsoft Project), safety meetings, etc.

  • SAFETY: Strong understanding and knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, as well as all general job site safety rules and requirements.

  • MATERIALS/METHODS: Strong construction materials and methods knowledge.

  • COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project.

  • QUALITY & SERVICE: Must be quality minded, self-motivated and dedicated to customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
