First Commerce Bank has completed construction of its new 17,704 sqft operations center in Lewisburg, TN, marking a major milestone in a broader facilities improvement initiative across the bank’s campus. The new facility was designed to support continued growth, improve day-to-day efficiency, and provide multiple departments with purpose-built spaces tailored to their operational needs.

Inside, the operations center features a refined palette of neutral grays accented with branded green elements that bring First Commerce Bank’s identity throughout the space. A reception desk near the main entrance creates a clear and welcoming point of arrival, while glass conference room walls feature the bank’s logo in decorative film for added privacy and brand reinforcement. Three separate cubicle areas help organize departments and support efficient workflows, while department-specific workrooms provide dedicated spaces for focused tasks and collaboration. Private offices, meeting areas, storage rooms, and additional support spaces round out the facility and create a flexible workplace designed around the needs of the bank’s employees.

While the new operations center is complete, additional improvements across the Lewisburg campus are still underway. The project also includes interior renovations to First Commerce Bank’s existing two-story, 10,120 sqft main office building and its 5,822 sqft operations building. These renovations are focused on updating existing work environments, improving the use of available space, and creating a more cohesive connection between the buildings across the campus.

Together, the completed operations center and ongoing renovations are creating a more unified and efficient campus that supports communication, productivity, and long-term growth. The improvements are intended to strengthen First Commerce Bank’s internal infrastructure while allowing the bank to continue delivering the personal service and community focus that have shaped its success over the past two decades.

First Commerce Bank partnered with Eclipse Brand Builders to provide architecture, engineering, and interior design services for the new operations center and related campus improvements. Eclipse worked closely with the bank’s leadership team to develop a coordinated plan that addresses current operational needs while positioning the campus to adapt to future staffing, technology, and growth.
