Energy One Federal Credit Union recently celebrated an exciting project milestone as demolition officially began at the site of its new branch in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Demo Day marks the start of a transformation that will turn a former restaurant into a modern financial facility designed to support member convenience, efficient operations, and the Credit Union’s continued growth.
Eclipse Brand Builders is partnering with Energy One Federal Credit Union to provide full design-build services, guiding the project from initial planning and design through construction and completion. With architecture, engineering, interior design, preconstruction, and construction working together as one integrated team, Eclipse is able to create a cohesive project experience while keeping the design, budget, schedule, and construction strategy aligned throughout the process.
The project reimagines the existing building and site through a thoughtful adaptive reuse approach, demonstrating how an existing property can be transformed to serve an entirely new purpose. The approximately 2,300-square-foot branch will retain portions of the existing structure while introducing significant architectural, interior, and site improvements that establish a distinct new identity for Energy One.
The exterior transformation will preserve and refresh much of the existing brick while incorporating new architectural finishes, storefront glazing, awnings, roofing, and other design elements. Site improvements will enhance circulation and the overall arrival experience through updated paving, curbing, landscaping, parking, lighting, and a redesigned drive-thru with integrated banking technology.
Inside, the branch is being designed to balance a welcoming member experience with the functionality required for day-to-day operations. Private offices, a conference room, teller area, workroom, wellness room, and supporting spaces will come together within a modern environment shaped around Energy One’s brand and operational needs.
Demo Day represents more than the beginning of construction. It is the point where months of collaboration, planning, budgeting, and design begin taking physical form.
