TC Federal Bank Announces New Branch Office in Savannah, Georgia
TC Federal Bank is pleased to announce its new, state-of-the-art branch office in Savannah, Georgia. The 3,450-square-foot office will be located in an established shopping center at 7150 Hodgson Memorial Drive.
The existing space will be remodeled to include a new vestibule, two offices, a conference room and waiting area, as well as a new ATM and night depository room near the main entrance to allow easy walk-up access from the exterior. In addition, two new awnings will be added to the exterior of the site.
The new full-service branch’s interior will be upgraded with matching light fixtures throughout, along with new furniture, cabinets and appliances, a sit-down, dual universal banker station in the lobby, refreshment bar, and a small work area with upper and lower cabinets for storage.
Established in Thomasville, Georgia, in 1934, TC Federal Bank has grown from a Savings & Loan institution into a regional bank serving consumers, investors, business owners, professionals and realtors in North Florida and South Georgia communities. Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management. Eclipse is executing the construction of the project using local sub-contractors and local suppliers for all labor and building materials through a competitive bid process, keeping construction dollars in the community.
