Peach State Bank & Trust to Renovate Main Office in Gainesville, GA
Peach State Bank & Trust recently announced plans to renovate their main office facility located in Gainesville, Georgia. The renovation of this newly acquired 33,600-square-foot three-story facility is expected to be completed in winter of 2022.
Major changes will be made to the facility’s floor plan to support departmental growth, including additional conference rooms and work rooms. The main floor will be home to mortgage workstations, a night depository and cash safe. The second floor will be renovated to include a training room, call center with workstations, and additional offices. The third-floor renovation will include additional office space, executive offices, and workstations for credit analysts. The overall interior design will feature neutral tones throughout the large, open space with elevated finishes and touches of Peach State’s orange branding.
The office’s existing four-lane drive-thru will be expanded to accommodate wider lanes and islands. The second and third lanes will be equipped with RTUs, with an ATM located at the fourth lane.

Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management. Eclipse is executing the construction of the project using local sub-contractors and local suppliers for all labor and building materials through a competitive bid process, keeping construction dollars in the community.
