The revitalized branch office showcases a striking exterior design. The addition of eye-catching blue walls and accents of Interstate gold create a visually appealing façade that effortlessly aligns with the Credit Union’s branding.
In line with Interstate Credit Union’s commitment to convenience, the renovated branch office now features a three-lane drive-up canopy, providing customers with seamless access to banking services from the comfort of their vehicles. A state-of-the-art thru-wall ATM has also been installed, offering 24/7 access to essential financial transactions.
Inside, customers are greeted by a comfortable waiting area that exudes a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The newly designed transactional teller line optimizes efficiency and streamlines customer interactions, ensuring a seamless banking experience. Five offices have been strategically created to provide a private and personalized setting for consultations and financial guidance. The addition of a break room and a future call center further enhances the branch’s functionality.
The interior design features cool tones of blue, creating a calming atmosphere, while clean white accents and hints of gold effortlessly integrate the credit union’s branding.
