First State Bank proudly announces the successful completion of a significant renovation project at its main office building, situated at 300 Broad Street in Wrens, Georgia. Spanning 14,000 square feet, the comprehensive renovation aimed to enhance the overall customer experience and modernize the facility’s infrastructure.
The interior transformation includes a new transaction teller line, three waiting areas, and two offices. The focal point is the spacious, open lobby adorned with earthy tones, creating a welcoming ambiance. Beyond the interior, the exterior received a revitalization, featuring a fresh coat of paint, replacement of wall signs with painted wall panels matching storefront windows, and the replacement of the main building and drive-up canopy. The drive-up island was expanded to accommodate an ATM, and all first and second floor exterior glass was renewed, breathing new life into the structure.
