First State Bank Announces Renovation of Main Office in Wrens, Georgia

First State Bank recently announced the launch of a major renovation project for its main office building located at 300 Broad Street in Wrens, Georgia. With a total area of 14,000 square feet, the renovation will aim to improve the overall customer experience while modernizing the facility’s infrastructure.

The interior renovation will include a new transaction teller line, three new waiting areas, and two new offices. The centerpiece will be the large, open lobby featuring earthy tones throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.

The renovation project will also include a revitalization of the exterior of the building. A fresh coat of paint will enhance the exterior, and the existing wall signs will be replaced with wall panels painted to match the storefront windows. The main building and drive-up canopy will be replaced, and the drive-up island will be expanded to accommodate an ATM. Additionally, all first-floor exterior glass will also be renewed, breathing new life into the current structure.

Founded in 1930, First State Bank has grown to include locations in both Georgia and South Carolina and has a long-standing commitment to serving the financial needs of the communities it serves. With a focus on customer service and innovative banking solutions, First State Bank is dedicated to helping its customers achieve financial success.

Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management.
