First Commerce Bank celebrated a significant milestone with their groundbreaking ceremony, August 7th, for their new operations center in Lewisburg, TN. This will be just the first step in their multi-phase campus expansion plan. This project represents a strategic investment in the bank’s infrastructure and commitment to serving the local community with enhanced operational capabilities.
The centerpiece of the expansion is a new 17,704-square-foot operations center that will significantly enhance the bank’s day-to-day efficiency and functionality. The state-of-the-art facility will feature multiple offices, storage rooms, and specialized workspaces designed to support various departments and streamline banking operations.

The comprehensive project will extend beyond expansion to include interior renovations of the existing two-story main office building and the current operations building. These improvements will create a more unified and collaborative campus environment designed to support staff productivity and enhance overall operations.
