Centennial Bank Announces Groundbreaking for New Branch Office in Humboldt
Centennial Bank, headquartered in Trezevant, Tennessee, broke ground today for a new full-service branch office in Humboldt, Tennessee. The new 3,400-square foot heated facility, with drive-through services, will be located on the west side of North Central Avenue, adjacent to the Wall Street Grill. This will be the 105-year-old Bank’s fourteenth branch office in West Tennessee.The renovation of the 19,600 square-foot facility is expected to begin in early fall and be completed in approximately fourteen months. The Bank will remain open for business throughout the project.

The Bank’s owners took special care to custom-design a traditional brick exterior that is both classic and modern, much like the Bank’s brand of offering personal services as well as online and digital services. The open lobby plan again merges traditional and modern design elements and features a cathedral ceiling with a sitting area in front of a fireplace. Lenders, tellers, and personal bankers will be on-site to assist customers with their personal financial needs. Safe deposit boxes also will be offered.
Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for this new branch project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management. Eclipse is executing the construction of the project using local sub-contractors and local suppliers for labor and building materials through a competitive bid process, keeping construction dollars in the community.
