Case Study on Facility Branding

CASE STUDY: Facility Branding

With an existing main office in need of a facelift, and a new branch office planned for the future, Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union partnered with Eclipse Brand Builders for the design and construction of both projects.

Eclipse initially conceived the credit union’s new customer experience within the design of a new 2,600 square-foot retail branch in Rincon, Georgia, which features a new color scheme, inspirational graphics, prominent logo signage, and custom designed fixtures with a unique mixture of materials, textures, colors and lighting.

The new branch office also includes 3 lobby teller stations, a technology center, 3 offices, a conference room, a waiting area with coffee bar, 2 full-service drive-up teller lanes and a 24-hour ATM lane for added member convenience.

With the new facility’s design complete, Eclipse incorporated the same branding palette to transform the credit union’s main office in Savannah, Georgia into a new, yet consistent, customer experience through the use of consistent materials, colors, signage, graphics, lighting and more. Eclipse also introduced a feature wall in the waiting area, with a large custom wallcovering collage depecting images of historic Savannah, to give this location a unique contextual design element.

When asked about the success of the branch design, Dale Taratuta, President/CEO of the credit union, said, “We were so happy with the design, that we remodeled our main office branch using the same interior design and we plan to carry that concept throughout our branch network.”

Before and after photos of the new branch office and the retail transformation at the credit union’s main office can be seen below.
