Branch Transformations and Rebranding
With an outdated and ugly branch office, and a main office retail lobby in need of a facelift, Community Bank partnered with Eclipse to transform both facilities into completely new experiences for customers and employees.
Not only did Community Bank conclude, after an honest assessment, that their customers deserved a better banking experience, but the bank also wanted to continue its long-standing history of investing in the local community of Lexington, Tennessee and surrounding areas.
Eclipse’s in-house design team created a common palette of design elements, including colors, finishes, fixtures, design details, signage, and furniture, which could be executed uniquely at each location while maintaining a consistent experience for customers and employees.
The results of both projects exceeded everyone’s expectations.
