Community South Credit Union recently announced that renovations have been completed for its main office facility located at 1044 US-90 in Chipley, Florida. The existing 7,700-square-foot building was renovated throughout to enhance member services and improve employee effectiveness and efficiency, as well as create a more modern and inviting space that better aligns with Community South’s values. Exterior renovations included reworking the existing drive-up lanes to accommodate new ITMs, which replaced the existing RTUs and ATM.  

As the focus of the renovation, the interiors received a new entry vestibule, 10 offices, a boardroom, work room and more. The large, open lobby is a highlight of the project, featuring a bright and appealing color palette that complements Community South’s existing branding, with pops of green and blue throughout. The four-person teller line features stone accents and modern light fixtures, while the interior is accented with nature-themed artwork on the walls and behind the teller station.  

Established along Florida’s Panhandle nearly 60 years ago, Community South Credit Union was founded with the promise of “people helping people.” Since opening its doors as Florida SRD District 3 Credit Union in 1959, it has grown to more than 10,000 members and has adopted the new name of Community South Credit Union to better reflect the members it serves and its focus on giving back to the community.

Community South Credit Union once again partnered with Eclipse Brand Builders out of Johns Creek, Georgia, to handle the renovation of its main office facility. With an emphasis on the quality of the credit union’s brand and commitment to high-quality services for its members, Eclipse Brand Builders’ turnkey approach collaboratively aligns with the goals and needs of Community South Credit Union.
