Fort Knox Federal Credit Union celebrated the ribbon cutting and grand opening of their new branch office today in Bowling Green, Kentucky with members, employees, business owners and local city, county and state officials.

This is the credit union’s 17th branch office, and represents another milestone in the credit union’s dramatic growth since its formation in 1950. Now with more than $1.3 billion in assets serving over 90,000 members in Hardin, Grayson, Meade, Nelson, Boyle, LaRue, Taylor, Bullitt and Jefferson counties, this branch represents the credit union’s long-term commitment to current and prospective members in Bowling Green and the surrounding area of Warren County.

The new 3,994 square foot one-story facility incorporates the future of banking technology and customer experience into the credit union’s existing interior and exterior style, while also providing members convenient access to services through lobby and drive-thru tellers, as well as multiple customer service and lending officers in the lobby.

Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management. Eclipse executed the construction of the project using local sub-contractors and local suppliers for all labor and building materials through a competitive bid process, keeping construction dollars in the community.
