All In Credit Union announces a pivotal moment in its growth as construction of its Operations Center expansion in Daleville, AL reaches new heights. The Credit Union will host a topping out ceremony on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, marking the placement of the final structural beam on the transformative project.
All In President/CEO Bobby Michael stated, “Reaching this milestone is a demonstration of the extraordinary progress that has been made since breaking ground last May. It also brings us closer to the completion of a facility that will benefit our members, employees and our community. We’re extraordinarily proud to build here in Daleville as a testament to the partnership we have with local communities throughout the Wiregrass.”
The 138,000 square-foot expansion has been carefully designed to serve All In’s needs for the next 20 years and will provide the infrastructure for the Credit Union to further its mission of enriching the lives of its members and the communities it serves. The new Operations Center will integrate financial, childcare, and healthcare services under one roof, enhancing both member and staff experiences. This innovative approach reflects the Credit Union’s commitment to both member service and employee well-being. The location will also offer a walking trail and meeting rooms available for use by the local community.
The project, developed in partnership with Eclipse Brand Builders, builds upon All In’s rich heritage and mission to positively impact their community. Since its founding in 1966 as Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union, the institution has evolved from serving military families to becoming a comprehensive financial partner for the entire community. Today’s expansion continues this legacy of growth while honoring the founding principle of serving and putting others first.
One of the most unique features of the structure will be the All In and “Fly Army” logos on the roof communicating to Fort Novosel pilots that their Credit Union supports them. Exterior features will include outdoor parking covered by solar paneled roofing to help support the building’s renewable energy.
Local impact remains at the heart of the project, with All In deliberately selecting subcontractors and vendors from the Daleville, Dale County, and Wiregrass areas. This strategic decision ensures that construction investments strengthen the local economy, supporting area businesses and creating positive ripple effects throughout the community. Upon completion, the expanded Operations Center will serve as the backbone for All In’s growing network of 35 branches across south Alabama, northwest Florida, and southeast Mississippi.

The expanded Operations Center positions All In to deliver enhanced financial services while fostering positive change throughout its growing service region for decades to come.
