Located in a trendy, flex-use condo park in Alpharetta, Georgia, US Power Partners found themselves outgrowing their current leased space, which was also in need of a refresh. The engineering firm partnered with Eclipse Brand Builders to renovate and expand their warehouse-type space into a beautiful, minimalist two-story office with an industrial-chic aesthetic.

US Power Partners worked with Eclipse to convert a double-height, unfinished warehouse space at the rear of the building into an open and inviting collaborative workspace that now includes new workstations and bar-height worktables that seat eight. The collaborative space is adjacent to a new, larger conference room with new floor-to-ceiling glass walls to maximize the transparency and openness of the space.

Eclipse also worked with the client to specify and install new finishes throughout, including new paint, flooring, furniture, and lighting. The new finishes give the space a bright, modern and industrial look, with beautiful gray tones and ample glass and metal details. Additionally, the dock door at the rear of their space was replaced with a new glass storefront to allow more natural light into the studio space.

The second floor was updated with new finishes and provides an additional breakroom and several offices and workspaces for the firm to expand to in the future, which also includes an open mezzanine overlooking the newly renovated area below, with a glass railing allowing maximum transparency.
