United Bank renovated their operations center in Zebulon, GA with the goal of creating a more energetic and efficient space to allow for the fluid and flexible growth of their team, including customer support and ITM call centers.

The renovated facility combines an open floor plan with carefully configured workstations and floating acoustic panels to maximize noise reduction and create branded backdrops for the ITM call center’s video communications.

United Bank also wanted the updated space to have a bright and inviting appearance, hoping to provide employees with a positive and motivating environment in which to work.

Eclipse accomplished this by introducing bold pops of color on inviting base tones throughout the updated facility, which included a coordinated scheme of multicolored carpet, workstation panels, paints and acoustic ceiling panels, as well as a large custom graphic mural proudly illustrating United Bank’s core values.
