MembersFirst Credit Union partnered again with Eclipse Brand Builders to design a new, ground-up branch office for the credit union in Douglasville, Georgia.

The single-story, 4,000-plus-square-foot branch office features four drive-thru teller lanes and four self-service Remote Teller Units in the lobby for efficient operations and member service. This location also includes four-member service offices, a night depository, and an ATM for added member convenience.

With a welcoming and helpful environment, the new branch has a modern and inviting appearance with glass storefront and stone veneer columned entry. The interior features a vestibule, raised vaulted ceilings, and waiting rooms for the comfort of members. For optimized services, the location also includes a conference room, lounge, and work area.

The design of the building followed the MembersFirst prototype design with a similar floor plan and the use of their branded red and blue which can be found throughout the interior and exterior of the building. The addition of fun light fixtures helps create a light and comfortable atmosphere that members can enjoy!

Since 1953, MembersFirst has sustained a tradition of serving those who serve others. For this reason, the credit union truly values the welfare of its 35,000-plus members and is dedicated to offering beneficial financial services such as a full suite of financial services, specializing in savings accounts, checking accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, and mortgages.

MembersFirst Credit Union partnered with design-build firm Eclipse Brand Builders for this project after having worked with the firm to successfully complete the design and construction of another branch office in Pooler, Georgia in early 2021. The new 4,100 square foot branch features drive-thru service lanes and a 24-hour drive-up ATM that will also take deposits. The lobby is bright and inviting, with a member greeting station to direct members to the best advisor to assist them. Four offices are located on each side of the lobby to serve members in private. In place of a traditional teller-line, Remote Teller Units are positioned behind the greeting station, and branded graphics and colors are applied around the RTUs, creating a high-tech feature wall.
