Legacy Community Federal Credit Union transformed a former Regions Bank branch into a new high-tech/high-touch branch for the credit union. 

The credit union’s new retail lobby, which has been designed with shapes, colors and textures to enhance the credit union’s brand will create a warm, friendly and inviting space. Members are greeted by a dedicated concierge upon entry who helps determine the member’s needs and ushers them to the appropriate member service representative or to the cafe, where the member can wait while enjoying complimentary coffee or water, comfortable seating, entertainment via the built-in media center, and charging stations scattered throughout. Depending on members’ needs, member service representatives have the option of working with members in a private office or at one of two teller pods, which each include one counter-height and one sit-down station for member convenience, and a cash recycler to minimize wait times and maximize member engagement.
