Commerce Bank’s new main office in Corinth, Mississippi is located on the city block bordered by Taylor, Bunch, Webster, and Childs Streets. The bank’s new 17,215 square foot, two-story main office features an iconic clocktower and a balcony facing Taylor Street.

The bank’s exterior is designed to encompass the look of the buildings in the historic district featuring white columns and traditional red brick. “Our goal was for the facility to look as if it had been a part of the community for years,” says Davis.

Customer convenience was also a key driver for the bank during the design of the new facility, which includes expanded drive-through capabilities, with three lanes and an ATM, as well as access to four tellers, new accounts offices, lending offices, and safe deposit boxes in the new retail lobby.

The large interior space is more modern in style than the classic exterior. The lobby features an etched glass logo on the wall behind the teller line and a large waiting area in cool, muted tones along with an area for coffee service. The second floor serves administrative and back-office functions, including executive offices, meeting and training rooms, along with operations, IT, and compliance rooms.
