Oklahoma Community Credit Union announces completion of new branch in Stillwater, Oklahoma

Oklahoma Community Credit Union recently announced the completion of its new 2,600-square-foot branch office located at the corner of South Sangre Road and West 19th Avenue in Stillwater, Oklahoma. It is the credit union’s second full-service location in Stillwater, as well as its first new facility in more than 25 years. The Oklahoma Community Credit Union team gathered on February 21, 2023 for a ribbon cutting celebration.

The new branch office introduces current and future members to Oklahoma Community’s recent rebranding, which breathes new life into the institution and offers a modern banking experience while still embodying its traditional core values and mission as a credit union.

“After working with Eclipse through our rebrand and branch design process, they continued to provide a great experience managing the construction of our new branch,” says Daniel Thrasher, president, and CEO of Oklahoma Community Credit Union. “The weekly updates and communication we got from our onsite project manager made the process go much more smoothly than if we tried to take on this project on our own.”

The single-level branch office has been designed to maximize the credit union’s efficiency and the overall experience for its members. The modern exterior features Oklahoma Community Credit Union’s branded orange and blue color palette, along with a three-lane attached drive-through, covered entryway, aluminum panels and a painted brick veneer. An orange arch will greet Members and will become an iconic architectural feature for future Oklahoma Community buildings.

The inviting interior design is filled with rich textures, vibrant colors, and etched-glass walls and doors that complement the modernity of the exterior design. Guests are greeted in the large, open lobby featuring high ceilings and a comfortable waiting area, while guest services take place at the three-station teller-line or within the two private office spaces.

For more than 50 years, Oklahoma Community Credit Union has grown to serve more than 13,000 members throughout north central Oklahoma. In 2021, Oklahoma Community partnered with Eclipse Brand Builders out of Johns Creek, Georgia, to design and facilitate a full rebrand that realigned its commitment and focus on the growing community it serves.
