Eclipse Renovates Midsouth Community Fcu’s Main Office in Macon, Georgia
MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union engaged Eclipse Brand Builders for turnkey design-build services to renovate the first floor of it’s main office in Macon, Georgia. The renovation, which included a new retail lobby, new teller line, new lending stations, and updates to the finishes of offices, restrooms, and other back-office spaces, was completed while the credit union remained open for business, an impressive feat considering the project affected almost every square inch of the facility’s retail and operations space on the first floor.
Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management. Eclipse executed the construction of the project using local sub-contractors and local suppliers for all labor and building materials through a competitive bid process, keeping construction dollars in the community.
