Eclipse Brand Builders is partnering with Sevenfold Federal Credit Union (formerly Monroe Telco FCU) to completely transform its West Monroe main office, aligning the facility with the organization’s new brand identity and long-term vision for growth. This comprehensive renovation reimagines both the member and employee experience—modernizing the architecture, improving functionality, and creating a cohesive, professional environment that reflects Sevenfold’s forward-thinking culture and deep community roots.

From the moment visitors arrive, the refreshed exterior will make a strong first impression. A redesigned portico, extended eaves, upgraded roofing, and a new monument sign with integrated LED branding introduce a bold, contemporary aesthetic that carries through the entire facility. Inside, the transformation begins in a light-filled lobby centered around a digital feature wall that tells the story of Sevenfold’s rebrand and connection to its members. The lobby will feature a reconfigured waiting area, hospitality-style coffee bar, two glass-front MSR offices, and a two-station teller line with integrated cash recyclers, creating an efficient yet inviting environment for daily transactions and member engagement.

The lending suite will be expanded to include four loan offices, a dedicated closing room, and space for a future mortgage office, positioning the credit union for continued service growth. The newly renovated boardroom will feature glass walls and refined finishes, creating a striking sense of openness and a “grand” visual connection between the main and upper levels. Additional improvements include refreshed restrooms, a modernized breakroom, and reorganized circulation areas that enhance both comfort and workflow for staff.

Upstairs, the second floor will be restructured to accommodate new accounting, compliance, and community development offices, along with updated tenant and storage areas. Throughout, the interior design features a warm, professional palette of layered textures, subtle brand accents, and custom millwork.
