Eclipse Brand Builders renovated approximately 2,450 square feet of Peoples Bank’s branch office in Waynesboro, TN to transform it from a dated, 1970’s appearance and transaction-focused banking experience to an energetic and inviting customer experience focused on customer interaction and service.

The dramatic transformation of the bank’s lobby included replacing the traditional 5-station teller line with a custom designed 2-station teller pod, equipped with a teller cash recycler, and an additional custom teller kiosk, also equipped with a teller cash recycler, for overflow transactions during peak volume periods.

The shift from a high-volume, transaction-focused banking methodology (i.e. teller line) to a customer friendly, dialogue-focused banking methodology, with an open floor plan and employees who are cross-trained to serve all customer needs, creates a more inviting and interactive customer experience.

In addition to transforming the way customers experience the bank, Eclipse provided all new flooring, ceilings, lighting, interior windows, and furniture for the project, as well as a custom online banking kiosk, refreshments bar with a café table and chairs, and an inviting waiting area.
