The 138,000 square-foot expansion has been carefully designed to serve the Credit Union’s needs for the next 20 years. The state-of-the-art headquarters, built in a rural part of Alabama, will position All In for long-term success and growth, directly impacting members positively for years to come. The operations center will house teams that support more than 40 branches throughout south Alabama, northwest Florida, and Mississippi. With the new modern and inspiring work environment All In will have ample space to gather and network, to accommodate any staff or member need, and foster collaboration between team members.

The design of the operations center exudes modern confidence and sleek features. Upon entrance tasteful greenery and florals will lead inside to the grand entrance showcasing an innovative, high-ceiling lobby with views of the second floor and custom-branded light fixtures. The interior highlights a large congressional-style conference room, multiple private meeting rooms and cubicle areas for departments, and a central communal area for dining, collaborating, or working.

The exterior features will include outdoor parking covered by solar paneled roofing to help support the building’s renewable energy. A broad, pavilion-style roof shades the wide range of front patio space, offering a contemporary look to the building. There will also be a spacious outdoor patio on the second level that overlooks a professionally manicured courtyard and contains plenty of comfortable seating underneath a pergola-style covering.
