Community South’s Main Office received extensive renovations and upgrades located at 1044 US-90 in Chipley, Florida. The existing 7,700-square-foot building was renovated throughout to enhance member services and improve employee effectiveness and efficiency, as well as create a more modern and inviting space that better aligns with Community South’s values. Exterior renovations included reworking the existing drive-up lanes to accommodate new ITMs, which replaced the existing RTUs and ATM.

As the focus of the renovation, the interiors received a new entry vestibule, 10 offices, a boardroom, work room and more. The large, open lobby is a highlight of the project, featuring a bright and appealing color palette that complements Community South’s existing branding, with pops of green and blue throughout. The four-person teller line features stone accents and modern light fixtures, while the interior is accented with nature-themed artwork on the walls and behind the teller station.
