First State Bank partnered with Eclipse on the major renovations for its main office. With a total area of 14,000 square feet, the renovation improved the overall customer experience while modernizing the facility’s infrastructure.

The interior now includes a new 3-person transaction teller line detailed with pops of the First State branded blue and the same natural wood tones found throughout the lobby. The lobby is easily the centerpiece of the project, featuring earthy tones and natural wood throughout a warm and inviting atmosphere has been created for customers. Following the lobby, new workspaces and offices towards the rear of the building and on the second floor promote sustainable efficiency for employees directly impacting customers in a positive way.

The renovation project also included a revitalization of the exterior of the building. A fresh coat of paint enhances the exterior. The main building and drive-up canopy were replaced, and the drive-up island was expanded to accommodate an ATM. Additionally, all first-floor exterior glass was also renewed, breathing new life into the current structure.
