Sales Executive / Regional Director

Are you an experienced outside business-to-business sales executive with proven success selling professional services to business owners and C-level executives, on larger deals with long sales cycles? Are you a self-starter who hates sitting in an office and loves getting out on the road to rub elbows and network with prospective clients? Do you find it easy to maintain long-term client relationships, and believe customer service is the key to earning repeat business? If you answered YES! to all of these questions, we want to meet you!

We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong track record of success executing the complete lifecycle of sales, including cultivating leads, cold calling, presenting products and services, closing sales, account management and client retention. Successful candidates will possess a persistent commitment to doing whatever is necessary to develop and maintain lasting relationships with business owners and executives.

This position is full-time, with base salary + commission + benefits, and will be responsible for leading our firm’s business development efforts in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas (with possibly expansion into Kansas and Missouri) from the candidate’s home office, preferably located in or near Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. 50% to 75% travel is required.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following minimum experience, skill and abilities:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience selling professional services to C-suite executives.
  • Proven record of success in this market area identifying leads, developing relationships and closing sales with long sales cycles.
  • Strong relationships with business owners and executives in the market area is a plus.
  • A 4-year degree is required, preferably in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Devotion to high quality customer service.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills (speaking engagements, client presentations, ect.).
  • Ability to travel (50% to 75%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience required. Zoho, ACT! or Salesforce experience preferred.
