Centennial Bank Announces Renovation Is Underway on the Downtown Bolivar Branch

Centennial Bank - Bolivar, TennesseeCentennial Bank, headquartered in Trezevant, Tennessee, announced today that an interior renovation and small expansion of their downtown Bolivar branch, located at 411 West Market Street, is underway. The primary goal of the renovation is to refresh and update the lobby. The expansion of the facility also will provide a new drive-thru ATM, that is connected to the facility, as well as a new ADA-compliant sidewalk and entrance.

“The intent of this renovation was to improve our customers’ privacy and other functional needs, while refreshing the lobby,” stated Ms. Andrea Browning, President/CEO, “as a result, we are excited to share that the lobby is being completely transformed with a new teller line, new lighting, and all new finishes.” The center of the lobby will be the focal point and will feature a hanging pendant light, over a round check desk that will sit on a round, tile medallion. “Most importantly, customer privacy will be greatly improved, and we will be able to offer a new ADA compliant restroom and entrance,” continued Ms. Browning.

Centennial Bank is a 105-year-old community bank headquartered in Trezevant, Tennessee. The bank opened its very first branch office in Bolivar in 1995, on 1315 West Market Street. “As a family-owned bank, we are pleased to offer two branches in Bolivar to serve our customers and maintain the consistency of employment for our staff, who are like family,” stated Ms. Browning. Today, Centennial Bank offers 13 branches in West Tennessee and plans to continue to expand.

Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management.
