Eclipse Completes Transformation for Hardin County Bank
Eclipse Brand Builders recently completed the transformation of Hardin County Bank’s main office in Savannah, Tennessee.
The overall project included renovating 8,048 square feet of the bank’s main office, which included creating a new retail bank lobby, offices and back-office operations space. The project also included renovating and expanding the bank’s operations center by 2,643 square feet.
The elegant design of the new main office space builds on the style used elsewhere on the bank’s campus, with a deep, neutral color palette, subtle color variations and rich textures.
Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management. Eclipse executed the construction of the project using local sub-contractors and local suppliers for all labor and building materials through a competitive bid process, keeping construction dollars in the community.
